Starting May 14, Squad Swaps comes to UFL — a new way to turn unused player cards into meaningful upgrades for your club.
Duplicate cards and lower-rated players no longer have to sit idle in your collection. Now, they can be turned into valuable rewards and help drive your squad forward.
Let’s take a closer look at how Squad Swaps works.
What Is Squad Swaps?
Squad Swaps is an exchange system where you use player cards to assemble lineups that meet specific requirements in exchange for rewards.
Each Squad is a separate challenge with its own conditions. Once all requirements are met, you submit the Squad and receive your reward.
How It Works
- Choose a Squad
- Build a lineup that matches the requirements
- Submit the Squad (cards used for it will be permanently removed from your club)
- Claim your reward
Each Squad comes with a fixed completion requirement.
Squad Categories
To make navigation easier, all Squads are divided into categories:
Upgrades
Increase the tier and rating of player cards.
Players
Upgrade player cards by squad line (attack, midfield, defense, including goalkeeper), with the option to choose specific players.
Promo
Earn packs, with limited-time availability and completion limits.
Completing Squads
- Each completed Squad grants a specific reward that is displayed in advance.
- Squads within the same category can be completed in any order.
Squad Requirements
Every Squad includes a set of squad-building requirements:
- Card rarity
- Number of players
- Roles
- Card rating (minimum or maximum)
- Link-Up Style
- Nationality or League
Rewards
Every Squad includes a reward that is granted once all requirements are completed.
Reward Types
Rewards may include:
- Packs
- Player cards
Additional Limitations
Some Squads may include additional limitations:
- Time-based — available only for a limited period
- Quantity-based — limited number of completions
